I’ve only been privy to seeing the apt virtually, and not in person. And all that entailed was just the model & not the actual interior of it apt. So my response is based on what I saw. However, as a current resident of the Sparrow community in Georgetown TX 55 plus community, my trust & confidence of the community at your location, remain strong in the Grand Prairie community.

To all who are 55 and up looking for a nice place to live. The Lakes of Grand Prairie is the awesome one to move into. I have lived here 3 years. Management / Maintenance here are awesome and so sweet and kind. Also very helpful. Any problem you have they are well taken care of . This building is kept nice and very very clean I cannot express that enough. They have fun things to do/go to during the week in the big dining area. Plenty of lights to light the whole parking lot. I have never felt unsafe here. Schedule an appointment you will be glad you did. Debbie

I had my tour with Salvador. He was wonderful very attentive showed me all the amenities and I just enjoyed the people that I met there. They were very friendly as though they knew me for years and I felt very comfortable. I love love love all the amenities and love the pool.
