Larry and Nestor are very considerate to listening to my concerns and being very supportive in trying to solve my issues. They come out in a short amount of time and have resolved any problem they can solve with professionalism.

Excise classes for ALL, have more music or and a DJ to play the music during social hours. Need to clean the hall carpet more. More restrictions on pet owners to pickup their pet's waste.

I am so thankful to be here at The Lakes. This is the perfect place for seniors like myself. Here you never meet a stranger because everyone greet you with a friendly smile. Thank you for never forgetting us.

My friend & I toured The Lakes with Tami the manager. We loved it! We are planning to move in this summer. Tami & Christine her asst manager are both very personable and answered all our questions. We're looking forward to living there. Thank you to Tami & Christine!

To all who are 55 and up looking for a nice place to live. The Lakes of Grand Prairie is the awesome one to move into. I have lived here 3 years. Management / Maintenance here are awesome and so sweet and kind. Also very helpful. Any problem you have they are well taken care of . This building is kept nice and very very clean I cannot express that enough. They have fun things to do/go to during the week in the big dining area. Plenty of lights to light the whole parking lot. I have never felt unsafe here. Schedule an appointment you will be glad you did. Debbie

Salvator was wonderful when I arrived for my tour they had a welcome sign with my name on it. That made me feel important and excited about what I would view since the welcoming was so nice. Salvator answered all my questions and took his time showing me around the people were very nice staff and the people living here welcomed me too. It’s close to mostly everything and only 15-20 minutes from Dallas airport.If you’re looking for a quaint apartment with beautiful scenery this is the place to call home. I can’t wait to finish my process and move in.
